Noble Family Bloodline Verification
Verification of a family bloodline as it pertains to a person of nobility is serious business. There is much false information and "assumed" information out there. Our verification assumes a preponderance of the evidence to 98% or greater. This means you must have your information correct, generation by generation, with the documentation to back it up. We will verify those holding a noble titles as well as those not holding a title but can prove beyond 98% a direct blood relation to a noble family.
We will also accept documentation from: Association of Professional Genealogists
You should have most of the following:
Examples of what is accepted and not.
Example: My name is Lincoln, so I must be related to Abraham Lincoln. Or, my last name is Lincoln and my great grandmother said we were related to Abraham Lincoln. This would not be accepted.
Example: My name is Lincoln, and my family descends from an uncle of Abraham Lincoln and we are distantly related. My family comes from the same documented town. I have census records generation by generation back to this town, where we know his uncle lived and we have a clear trail to that town and to him. I have some other documentation showing my families link, such as a reference in a family bible. This would likely reach a 98% preponderance depending on the evidence. If you say I am from the Lincolns of this town, we should see a clear paper trail like census data connecting you all the way back.
While there may be a light assumption or vague item at maybe one point, the documentation, history and paper trail should be quite difficult to argue. If the documentation if very clear, checks out, is backed up and is highly probable, then we have a preponderance.
Feudal Title Verification
We firmly believe in the preservation of feudal titles, such as lord of the manor and feudal baron, and their history. Our register validates feudal titles to the extant of current applicable and historical law. We also encourage owners of legitimate feudal titles to document and promote the history of the feudal title that they are in possession of.
Titles such as Lord of the Manor or Feudal Baron must be proven using prescribed legal methods and must be witnessed by a licensed solicitor with notarized stamps. If they do not contain complete and proper deeds, conveyances, interaction with a solicitor and follow recognized legal standards they will not be accepted. We strongly suggest you consult with a solicitor or contact a reputable manorial society such as the Manorial Guild or Manorial Lordships in order to obtain and verify your documentation. You are required to present deeds and conveyances in accordance with legal case study requirements.
In this, we all individuals to submit their feudal title documentation for verification. There are many fraudulent title vendors in the world and for your title to be verified it must follow certain standards as well as operate within the confines of the current laws of the United Kingdom. We will not accept or validate fraudulent titles and we will inspect the vendor you received your title from to validate their methods. We currently only recognize titles with full documentation, proper and complete deeds and conveyances, those who have clear solicitor interactions and those who have been passed through a recognized legal and reputable dealer such as Manorial Lordships or direct sale.
